1) Viva Wallet / IRIS (online payments)

• Online payments are processed securely by Viva Wallet.
• We do not store full card details (card number/CVV) on our servers.
• After successful payment, your order status updates automatically.
• If a payment is authorized but the order does not update, please contact us with your order number and any payment reference.

2) Bank transfer

• You may choose to pay by bank transfer.
• Your order is processed after we receive and verify the payment.
• Please include your order number in the bank transfer reference/notes.

3) Payment confirmation & security

For fraud prevention and security, we may request additional verification in exceptional cases. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud or invalid payment.

4) Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refunds & Returns Policy. Where possible, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
