2) Products & availability

We strive to display accurate descriptions and pricing. Availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

3) Prices & taxes

Prices are shown in EUR and include or exclude VAT depending on your selection and applicable law. Any shipping costs are shown during checkout before you confirm the order.

4) Orders

• When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your cart.
• The order is considered accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch the goods (depending on our workflow).
• We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

5) Payments

We currently support:

• Bank transfer (order processed after payment is received/verified).
• Viva Wallet / IRIS (where available) for online payments.

Online payments are processed by Viva Wallet. We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment confirmations may take a short time to reflect on the order status.

6) Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, peak periods, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

7) Returns, cancellations & refunds

Return and refund rights depend on the product type and applicable consumer law. If you are an EU consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance sales, except where exclusions apply (e.g., sealed goods opened after delivery, custom-made items, digital goods after performance begins).

8) Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us promptly with photos and the order number. We will propose a replacement, repair, or refund according to applicable law.

9) Warranty

Statutory consumer guarantees apply. Any additional manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not us, unless explicitly stated.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities under your account.

11) Intellectual property
